Delete your
account
Permanently delete your DigiGaan account and all data synced to it. You do not need the app installed to use this page.
01What gets deleted
When you permanently delete your DigiGaan account, the following account-related data is removed:
- Your account profile, including email, name, and profile picture held by DigiGaan
- Your favorite songs
- Your recently played songs
- The record of devices signed in to your account
02What cannot be deleted here
Anonymous crash reports and aggregate usage statistics are not linked to your account, so they cannot be looked up or removed individually.
They are not identifiable as yours and expire automatically:
- Crash reports within 90 days
- Analytics within 14 months

03Delete now
Sign in with the Google account you use in DigiGaan. Signing in here is only used to verify your identity.
After you confirm the deletion, your DigiGaan account and all synced account data will be permanently removed.
This cannot be undone. Your account and all synced data will be permanently removed.
04Prefer to email us?
You can also request deletion by emailing digigaan@gmail.com from your account address with the subject "Delete my account".
We complete these requests within 30 days.
